Profile

• BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in process development, scale‑up, or manufacturing within GMP environments.
• Proficiency in DOE, PAT, and continuous‑process technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive process improvements.
• Willingness to travel to client facilities across Europe and occasionally abroad.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize upstream and downstream processes for biologics, small molecules, or medical devices.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and techno‑economic analyses.
• Lead technology transfer activities, ensuring smooth hand‑over from R&D to manufacturing.
• Implement process monitoring tools (PAT) and support validation activities.
• Collaborate with QA, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to maintain compliance and product quality.
