Profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences or related discipline.
• ≥ 5  years of progressive QA experience in pharma/biotech, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In‑depth knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ICH Q10, and data‑integrity principles.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and sustaining quality cultures.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the client’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee document control, change management, CAPA, and internal audit programs.
• Drive root‑cause investigations and corrective actions for deviations and OOS results.
• Interface with regulatory bodies during inspections and ensure timely response to findings.
• Coach cross‑functional teams on quality risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
